What we collect
Analytics data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Call data. When you call us, standard call records are created (your number, the time, and duration). If call tracking or recording is in use, callers are notified at the start of the call.
No form data. This site has no contact forms, no account creation, no newsletter and no e-commerce. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details through this website.
Cookies
The site sets cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and, where a call-tracking service is in use, for session attribution so that a call can be associated with the visit that produced it. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any function of this site.
Who we share data with
Google (analytics), our call-tracking provider (call records), and our hosting provider (standard server logs). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics retention setting. Call records are retained per our call provider's standard policy. Server logs rotate automatically.
Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data (we do neither). To exercise any of these rights, call (720) 794-0974.
Children
This site and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
