Most companies that clear a drain also install water heaters, run gas lines, fit fixtures and handle remodel plumbing. That is a legitimate business, and when your water heater fails it is exactly who you want.
It is a different business from ours.
Drain and sewer work has its own equipment and its own judgement calls. Clearing a bathroom branch line, a grease-loaded kitchen line and a root-packed 4-inch clay lateral are three separate jobs needing three separate machines, and none of them is a hardware-store snake. Knowing when a cable is enough, when high-pressure jetting is genuinely worth the extra cost, and when the honest answer is that nobody should spend money until a camera has been down the line, comes from doing this repeatedly rather than occasionally.
Staying narrow keeps the equipment right for the work and the advice specific to it. It also means we will sometimes tell you we are not the right call, which we would rather do than take a job we are not set up for.

We look at the problem first
Which fixture, what else is affected, where the access is. That usually tells us whether this is a branch line or the main sewer line before any machine comes off the truck.
We explain what we think is going on
In plain language. What is likely causing it, what clearing it involves, and whether it is the kind of blockage that tends to come back.
We give you the price and wait for you to approve it
Before anything starts. If the job turns out to be different once the line is open, we stop and tell you rather than carrying on and adding it to the bill.
We clear the line and show you the result
Including what came out, because what came out tells you what caused it. Roots mean one thing. A grease plug means another.

Clarity before jargon
Start with the symptom and explain the options in everyday language. Nobody should need to decode "hydrostatic testing" to work out whether to book a visit.
Proof over promises
Show real credentials, people, tools and customer feedback as they are earned, rather than claiming them in advance. If you do not see a badge on this site, it is because we do not yet have something honest to put there.
Respect for the home
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and taking the mess with us. Drain work is dirty by nature. Your floor does not have to be.

So "licensed" means something specific in this state and it is worth asking any company you call exactly what they hold and what it covers. The gear matches the job
We run sectional and drum machines sized for everything from a bathroom branch line to a residential main sewer line, jetting equipment for lines where pressure is the right method, and camera and locating gear for finding out what is actually in a pipe.

How to check any drain company
This is not really about us. These are the questions worth asking whoever you call, and a company that answers them straight is usually a company worth using.
"What exactly does the quoted price include, and what changes it?" This is the single most useful question in the trade. Most complaints about drain pricing are not about the opening number. They are about the number changing halfway through, with the pipe already open.
"Is the diagnostic or trip charge included, or added?" Both answers are legitimate. Not being told is not.
"What happens if the first method does not work?" A cable does not clear every line. What matters is what happens next, and whether it was priced.
"What will you actually bring for what I am describing?" A company that can answer this on the phone has understood your problem. One that cannot has not asked enough about it.
"What licence or registration do you hold, and what does it cover?" Worth asking anywhere, and worth asking in Colorado specifically, for the reasons in the note above about what "licensed" does and does not mean for drain work in this state.

Do you use subcontractors?
Ask when you call and we will tell you who would be doing the work at your address. It is a fair question and you should get a direct answer to it from anyone, not just from us.
What happens if you cannot clear my line?
We tell you, and we tell you why. Usually that means the blockage is structural rather than a blockage at all: a collapsed section, a separated joint, a line with no usable access. At that point the useful next step is a camera, so you know what you are dealing with before anyone quotes a repair.
Why don't you show reviews or badges on this site?
Because we do not yet have ones we can honestly stand behind. Review counts, ratings, certification badges and "years in business" claims are easy to put on a page and hard to verify. We would rather the site be short of them than carry ones that are not earned. They will go up as they become real.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, within the same scope: drains and sewer lines. Restaurant and multi-unit lines carry a heavier grease load than a home kitchen and generally need cleaning on a set cycle rather than when they block. Call and describe the setup.
What don't you do?
Water heaters, fixture replacement, gas lines, remodel plumbing, slab leaks and supply-side pipe repair. We also do not currently do sewer line replacement, trenchless repair or CIPP lining. If your problem is water coming in rather than waste going out, you want a general plumber, and we will say so.
