Contact Denver Drain Cleaners
The quickest way to get an answer about a drain problem is to call and describe it. Most of what we need to know takes about thirty seconds to explain, and it often tells us whether you are dealing with a fixture clog or something in the main line before anyone is on site.
Call (720) 794-0974What to have ready
You do not need to diagnose anything. Just be ready to say:
- Which fixture is affected. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, tub, shower, toilet, laundry, basement floor drain.
- Whether anything else is doing something odd. A toilet that gurgles when the washer drains, or water rising in the shower when a sink runs, is one of the most useful things you can tell us.
- When it started, and whether it has happened before. A first-time clog and one that returns every few months point in different directions.
- Roughly when the house was built. Older Denver housing tends toward clay and cast iron; newer builds are PVC. It changes what we expect to find.
- Whether you know where the cleanout is. Plenty of people do not, and that is fine. But if there is a capped fitting outside near the foundation or on the stack in the basement, saying so helps.
That is genuinely all of it. Everything else we work out when we look.
You'll know the price before we start
We look at the problem first, explain what's involved, and give you the price. Work only begins after you say yes.
If you're weighing us against another quote, ask both of us the same question: what does the price include, and what changes it?

What happens after you call
We will ask about the symptoms, tell you what we think is going on, and agree a time. If it is an active backup, say so at the start of the call, because that changes how we schedule it.
If we cannot get to you in a timeframe that works for what you are describing, we will tell you that rather than let you wait.
Questions before you call
Do you charge a trip or diagnostic fee?
Ask on the call and we will tell you before you book anything. Whatever the answer, you will have the total price before work starts. Nobody should discover a trip charge on the invoice at the end of the job.
Can you clear a drain in a rental or multi-family unit?
Yes. For rentals we usually need whoever has authority to approve the work on the call, either the owner or the property manager. For multi-family, tell us how many units are affected, because that often points to a shared line rather than one apartment's problem.
I am not sure this is even worth a call. Should I ring anyway?
Yes. If it turns out to be a slow bathroom sink that a plunger will fix, we will tell you that. A short honest phone call costs neither of us anything, and it is better than paying for a visit you did not need.
Can I email or send a message instead?
We do not run a contact form or an inbox for service requests. Drain problems are far quicker to sort out in a two minute conversation than over messages, and it means nothing sits unread. Call (720) 794-0974 and we will pick it up from there.
